Non-refundable deposit of $20 plus processing fees and the rest is due in person (if cost is over $20) plus any cost of non-basic jewelry. You can get this done before you come or call ahead to see if your notary is present at the shop. BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Booking Fee will be lost if you reschedule, cancel, or do not show to your appointment. For any reason, if you can not make it to your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and will be required to submit a new booking fee for your next appointment. No exceptions or extenuating circumstances. Please email us in advance if you cannot make it to your appointment as a courtesy so that we can try to fill in your canceled slot with another client. To reschedule your appointment please visit the website and book a new appointment for yourself online with your artist's/piercer's link. Commonly Asked Questions: How much is it? Book a free consultation with your artist's/piercer's before booking your session to discuss price quotes. Each artist has different booking fees and hourly rates. The booking fee will go towards your tattoo price, so you already have paid a little bit before you come! Length of tattoo appt times are based on estimates. You could go over your booked time, or under based on the complexity of the tattoo and the client's willingness to participate. There is $80 minimum before coupons or promotions for any tattoos done in the shop by any of our tattoo artists. You will never receive a quote for a tattoo less than $80, unless it's a special event or promotion specifically stated by Golden Tarot Ink Club. Why Booking Fees? It holds your guaranteed spot to get tattooed that day. Our tattoo artists rarely takes walk-ins, and are always busy tattooing preparing for their next appt with drawn artwork. The chances of walking in that day and getting a tattoo are rare, and you are very lucky if your artist can squeeze you in! Why are full day session booking fees more? The bigger the tattoo and drawing...the bigger the booking fee. Please consider if you book an 8-hour tattoo, and cannot come to your appointment the artist has lost an entire day of wages. If the artist does draw ahead of time, it might take 8 hours or more to draw the design before you come. If you did not show to the appointment your artist could lose up to 16 hours of wages and income from those hours. The $200 or $400 booking fee is an art fee to draw your work, and it will go towards your tattoo. How can I pay? If you are booking your appointment online, you can pay your booking fee with PayPal. If you book your appointment in person at the studio we only accept cash for the booking fee. CASH ONLY is accepted in person for your tattoo appointment. We have an ATM in the studio that accepts major debit cards. How long should I book my appt for? Before you book your tattoo appt, please book a free in person or zoom consult with your artist. They will consult you on the price estimate of the tattoo and how long the tattoo may take. If you are a regular client continuing a shading session decide how long you want to sit based on your pain threshold and work schedule and choose the hours that best fit you. We can book multiple sessions for each tattoo piece so that you have future appointments in the calendar. If your tattoo is unfinished and you don't have any future appointments, please ask your artist to book you a continuing session before you leave. Will I see the design before I come? Ask your artist specifically. Each artist's/piercer's has their own process. Most artwork is drawn in person when you arrive to your appointment. Some of our artists like to include clients in the artwork process. Some artist draw digitally or 2-D and this effects the pre-process. What if my session doesn't start on time when I arrive? Please understand that if you have a zoom consultation sometimes the artist may not be able to take a break from tattooing right away, but they will call you as soon as possible. If you arrive for your tattoo session and the artist is tattooing a previous client please understand that each client sits differently and the artist will never rush a tattoo just to get it done on time. You may wait for a few minutes in our comfy lounge, bar, or outside area for the artist to eat a snack and setup for you. Still have questions?
