CATTOO DAY 2020 RECAP

Cattoo Day 2020 was an amazing success! 29 CATS AND KITTENS WERE ADOPTED and found their forever homes!
Every single last kitten and cat that came to us from the Orange County Animal Services shelter was adopted! We very much underestimated how many cats would be adopted this year, and when every kitten was adopted within the first hour, the amazing volunteers of Orange County Animal Shelter drove to the shelter and shuttled us even more kittens and cats!!!
Our favorite cat of the day to be adopted was little Gypsy. She was the only cat to not find a home by the end of the day and was on her was back to the shelter until her new Mom ran into our event. We all shed a tear or two about her not finding her happy ending along with everyone else. Little did she know that her new Mom barely got out of work in time to make it, and drove like crazy to our shop. Gypsy was already on I-4 halfway back to the shelter, and after one call the volunteers turned right around and brought her back. She is adopted!!!
15 cats were adopted last year at our event and a whopping 29 cats this year thanks to every single person that came to the event! Maybe next year we can get 44 cats adopted. That would be so great! Please subscribe to our website so that you don't miss our event announcements.
With the donations from the CATTOOS and raffle tickets we are able to donate $4,000 to OCAS this year.
Of course none of this is possible without all of you! Thank you to every tattoo artist, OCAS volunteer, friend, and client that supported this event. It means so much to us, and we can't wait to do this again next year!
If you did not get to adopt a kitten or cat, you can go to the Orange County Animal Services anytime to adopt a new friend! This month adoption fees are $10 and BOGO kittens and that includes vaccines, spay/neuter, and microchip! Click HERE to see adoptable cats and kittens.
If you did not get a cattoo, you can can come get a cattoo or portrait of your new family member anytime at our shop. Our shop minimum is $80. We will do this event next Spring 2021 and all proceeds will be donated to the Orange county animal shelter again at the 3rd Annual Cattoo Day at Golden Tarot Ink Club!
